Protect The Online Privacy Of your Kids
A viral Facebook video has some parents starting a conversation about their kids online privacy. The video shows a toddler’s meltdown at a daycare… it was posted by a dad just a little more than a day ago and already has more than 7 million views.
It’s got almost 30 thousand comments, some are parents talking about kids and social media. The child rescue coalition says, too many parents are posting videos of their kids like this… The group is educating parents with a Kids for Privacy Campaign. It says, kids today don’t have any say in their online identity or privacy. It also says, it’s super easy for those cute pics of videos of your kids in the tub, or on the potty to get in the wrong hands because hashtags make them easy to track.
When it comes to posting pics of your kids online, how much is too much and when is it considered overexposing your kids?
