Laundry Room VS Living Room

Listen to this really surprising survey… it says nearly three out of four second time home buyers would rather have a laundry room than a living room. Only 61% of first time buyers consider a laundry room essential.

It also says, Veteran home buyers think dining rooms are pointless.
