Iredell Co. man accused of shooting at drivers with a BB gun

IREDELL CO., N.C. – An Iredell County man is accused of shooting at passing drivers with a BB gun.

58-year-old James Bost is charged with eight counts of misdemeanor injury to personal property and eight counts of misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon.

The Sheriff’s Office began investigating after reports of people receiving damage to their cars after passing by Bost’s home on Perth Road.

Deputies arrested Bost after an extensive surveillance operation.
