Crews battle apartment fire in northwest Charlotte

Investigators are working to determine the cause of an apartment fire in northwest Charlotte.

It broke out just after 10 a.m. Saturday morning on Dundeen Street off Beatties Ford Road. Crews arrived to find heavy smoke coming from four apartments. 

Charlotte Fire got it under control in just under 30 minutes. No one was hurt. 

Investigators still aren’t sure if anyone lived in those apartments.
