CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Managing company of Ballantyne, Northwood Office, announces that popular restaurant joint Cabo Fish Taco will open another Charlotte location, bringing with it unique Baja-style plates and a relaxed dining experience.
Featuring “coastal Mexican cuisine” fused with the freshness of Californian fare, Cabo Fish Taco offers tacos, burritos and more made with stripped down ingredients, adding a healthy twist to these classic dishes. Enjoy a house-made margarita or a beer from Cabo Fish Taco’s wide variety of local and specialty beers at the full bar or dine outside on a nice evening in the outdoor eating area at the new location as well.
The restaurant company owns a previous Charlotte location in NoDa, as well as a location in Blacksburg, Virginia. Following the projected late-fall opening of the Ballantyne location, Cabo Fish Taco also plans to open a fourth location in the Roanoke, VA area.
“We’ve been looking to expand in the Charlotte market for some time, and we know this thriving community is craving affordable cuisine with a festive vibe,” said Gary Walker, partner at Cabo Fish Taco, regarding the choice to open in Ballantyne.
Cabo Fish Taco will neighbor Potbelly Sandwich Shop, another new restaurant coming to Ballantyne in early fall.
“The winning combination of Cabo Fish Taco and Potbelly Sandwich Shop will provide an appealing destination for lunch and after-work drinks and dinner,” said president at Northwood Office, John Barton.
Cabo Fish Taco, alongside Potbelly Sandwich Shop, will be located in front of the Brigham Building at 11625 N. Community House Road. For more details and updates regarding these restaurant openings, visit goBallantyne.com.
