Rain and Storms to Start the Week
Waking up to a muggy start with temps in the 70s. More heat and humidity in the forecast today as highs reach the low 90s. A cold front will dig through the area overnight. This will allow rain and storms to develop. A stronger storm, or two will be possible along with a few heavy downpours. Not as hot on Tuesday with lingering rain, storms and clouds. Highs for many may not even reach the 80s. However, the ‘cooler’ weather will be short-lived as our typical summer-like pattern returns on Wednesday. Highs will once again be above average in the upper 80s to lower 90s, with a chance thunderstorms possible each afternoon through the weekend.
