CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg students are almost a month into the school year and it’s been an eventful one already.
Concrete Roses Stem Academy is a charter school that’s closing today after opening just three weeks ago. That’s the second charter school in the Charlotte area to close this year.
CMS Superintendent Doctor Heath Morrison is talking about the issues with the schools.
