Pet of the week: Meet Barcola, Olive and Bean!
Those who want to adopt Barcola will need a medical waiver due to forlimb injury
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Barcola is a 15-week-old very well behaved, playful boy. He is in as a medical foster with a front forelimb injury. He has nerve damage and no control over/feeling in his foot, but is adjusting very well! This sweet guy loves playing with all the cats and kittens that are in foster with him. He is also great with the adults and children he has met as well.
“He is not publicly available right now but can be adopted from his foster to a committed party with a medical waiver. That adopter can then seek out possible treatment options to see if anything can be done for his front leg beyond the shelters scope of capabilities.”
Olive and Bean also joined us on Rising and will be up for adoption in the next few weeks. To inquire about adopting any of these sweet babies, contact Animal Care & Control here.
