CHARLOTTE, N.C. — An accident on I-77 South at Brookshire Boulevard caused major traffic back ups Saturday evening.
NCDOT says the ramp to Brookshire Boulevard, exit 11B, closed shortly after the wreck happened at 4:30 p.m. and re-opened around 7 p.m.
Medic took one person to CMC with life-threatening injuries and another with potentially life-threatening injuries.
No word on what caused the crash.
