Learning the Science of Recycling with Wilson, Discovery Place and QC Metal Recycling

CHARLOTTE, NC – Wilson has visited with Queen City Metal Recycling & Salvage, but today he was there with some kids from Discovery Place as they took the opportunity to not only learn more about recycling, but also learn to use a crane.

After donning their fashionable hard hats, 9 year old Cameron and 13 year old Noah both had the opportunity to climb up into a crane and get behind the levers to crush and recycle a couple of cars.  While having some fun, they learned the benefits and science of recycling.  Cameron and Noah both were part of a visit with Discovery Place.
