CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Food Network star Chef Rocco Whalen is opening his Fahrenheit Restaurant in Uptown Monday.
Fahrenheit is located on the top floor of the SKYE condominiums in Uptown on South Caldwell Street. It has an unparalleled view of the city.
Whalen appeared in the Food Network documentary series, “Fat Chef” in 2012, profiling a chef’s struggle with weight while working in the food industry. He’s since lost over 100 pounds!
