COLUMBIA, S.C. — Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division say a former Detention Center Officer is under arrest for exposing himself to an individual while on duty.
The former officer with the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office, 33-year-old Philip Tollison, is charged with misconduct in office.
SLED agents say Tollison is being held at the Laurens County Detention Center, and his case will be prosecuted by the 8th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
