CMPD Officers Hold A News Conference To Discuss New Technology That Will Help Solve Violent Gun Crimes

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg officers hold a news conference to provide information on the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBN).

Officials say NIBN is a specialized national computer network that allows the capture and comparison of ballistic evidence to help solve and prevent violent crimes involving firearms.
