MONROE,NC–No bond for a Monroe man that cops say stabbed his wife in front of her three children.
Union County deputies arrested Thomas Neeley this Tuesday morning.
Authorities say the attack happened at their home on Sturdivant Landing.
Elizabeth Neeley is in serious condition and her children are with DSS.
