Deputies: Missing Nonverbal, Epileptic Teen Found Safe In Cherryville

Deputies say a missing 13-year-old girl with special needs has been found, and is in stable condition, after disappearing from her home in Cherryville, N.C. Tuesday night.

The family says she was found unconscious around 6:30 p.m. in the woods, not too far from her house.

Medics were able to wake her up, and her family says she has since been taken to a hospital for a check-up and is doing fine.

The family is relieved to have her back, and say they don’t know why she left the house.

CHERRYVILLE, N.C. — Deputies are searching for a missing 13-year-old girl in Cherryville.  Authorities say the girl is nonverbal and suffers from epileptic seizures.

Taylor Falls, of Sorrells Baxter Road in Cherryville, was last seen on April 27th around 11pm according to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

Falls is described as a white female, 5’5″ tall, and approximately 115 pounds.  She has short brown curly hair.  The family says the teen answers to TAY TAY, Tater Tot, and Tater Bug.

Anyone with information on the teen’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
