They say it’s normal for kids ages 2-5 years old to not want to try different foods. It can also take up to 10 or 15 times for them to like something.Β
It’s also a bad idea to bribe your child with dessert. It makes unhealthy options look better.Β
Make sure to keep meal time fun and relaxed! And don’t give snacks within a hour of eating.Β
