PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) β€” An upcoming exhibit will focus on designer Todd Oldham’s runway opus of the 1990s.

The designer’s playful point of view will be on display next spring at the Rhode Island School of Design Museum. The show, “All of Everything: Todd Oldham Fashion,” will be the first solo museum exhibition of his fashion.

It will feature nearly 70 ensembles once worn by supermodels like Naomi Campbell and Christy Turlington.

Oldham and museum officials say the pieces will be restyled in a completely fresh way.

The Nueces County, Texas, native arrived on the fashion scene in 1989 and gained recognition for his colorful designs and handcrafted textiles.

He left the industry a decade later but has remained focused on creative projects. He is often a guest lecturer at RISD (RIHZ’-dee).
