Hal, This Week’s Pet Project

CHARLOTTE, N.C. –  Three year old Hal is a short-haired tabby who is calm, relaxed and enjoys head scratches.  He is a very affectionate sidekick who enjoys a little exploring, but will eventually find his way back to your lap and hanging out with you.
