Mecklenburg Co. Sheriff’s Deputies Check In With Sex Offenders For Halloween

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Sheriff’s Deputies spent the night checking up on registered sex offenders in Mecklenburg County.

Offenders are told to keep their lights off and not decorate for Halloween.
