State Of Emergency Issued For All North Carolina Counties Ahead Of Winter Storm

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Gov. Roy Cooper has issued a state of emergency for all 100 counties in North Carolina ahead of the winter storm.

Much of the state is under a winter storm warning.  Snow has already started falling in the High Country and is expected to start falling in Charlotte Friday evening.

Charlotte is expected to see anywhere from 4-6 inches of snow.  Other parts of the state could see more.
