CMPD Animal Care & Control Opens New Kitten Nursery, Needs Volunteers

CHARLOTTE, NC — CMPD Animal Care & Control introduces the city’s first neo-natal nursery to care for new-born kittens.

The new kitten nursery was made possible through an $11,000 ASPCA grant given to the department. The facility has enough incubators to care for 50 kittens, but CMPD says they still need volunteers.
