ROCK HILL, S.C. – A motorcyclist died Sunday morning after a crash in Rock Hill, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
It happened on Catawba Church Road near Springdale Road around 4:30 a.m.
Troopers say the Harley Davidson motorcyclist was traveling south on Catawba Church Road. The motorcyclist then went off the left side of the road and struck a ditch, authorities say.
The motorcyclist died on scene as a result of the crash.
The victim’s name has not been released at this time.
This crash remains under investigation by the highway patrol.
