High-end kitchen and cabinetry design firm to open second location in Chantilly neighbor
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A high-end kitchen & cabinetry design firm announces the opening of its second location in Charlotte.
Forest Kitchen Design says their new studio will be located in the Chantilly neighborhood near Plaza Midwood.
Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Greenville, SC, Forest Kitchen Design says the new Charlotte studio, located at 904 Pecan Avenue in Chantilly, expands the firm’s reach into a dynamic city where demand is growing for luxurious minimalist styling, highly functional cabinetry, and a refined sensibility.
“While we remain fluent in classic American kitchen design, this new showroom puts our modern European design capabilities front and center, including German and Italian products—from integrated cabinetry and large-format surfaces to concealed appliances and functional elegance.” said Joel R. Linn, Founder & Principal Designer.
The Charlotte showroom experience will be led by Todd R. Mercer, Co-Founder & Principal Designer.
“Clients are increasingly demanding functional, quiet luxury,” said Todd R. Mercer, “Charlotte is beginning to speak a different design language. It’s a different way to think for design, and we are translating it into a format that remains different but warmly familiar to the American design palate.”
Rather than a public grand opening, the firm is celebrating its Charlotte debut with a series of private gatherings for friends, neighbors, colleagues, and design community partners throughout the summer. These events are designed to build meaningful local connections and introduce the studio’s intimate, service-first approach.
