CHRLOTTE, N.C. — One person is dead and another seriously injured following a construction accident in southwest Charlotte Sunday.
Officers responded to reports of an industrial accident in the 3700 block of Westinghouse Boulevard.
Two victims were transported to CMC with life threatening injuries. One person was pronounced dead at the hospital.
OSHA is investigating according to CMPD.
