Deputies arrest woman for using a board and nails to vandalize a Cybertruck

COLLETTSVILLE, N.C. – A woman is facing charges after police say she vandalized a man’s Tesla Cybertruck.

Caldwell County Sheriff’s deputies arrested and charged Karen Lewis on Tuesday with misdemeanor damage to property. Investigators say a man reported that a woman had taken a board with nails on it, and scratched his Tesla Cybertruck. The attack happened on Sunday in Collettsville.

The Cybertruck recorded the incident, and deputies were able to identify Lewis. She was given a $1,000 bond.
