KERSHAW, S.C. – Three people were arrested Thursday in Lancaster County in connection to a drug trafficking investigation, according to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.
On Thursday, agents obtained a search warrant for a home on Fork Hill Road in Kershaw after one of them allegedly purchased fentanyl from 46-year-old Jarvis Anthony earlier this month. Anthony, 34-year-old Brittany Gainey, and 44-year-old Richard Outen were detained while the house was searched.
In the search, deputies said agents found 10.54 grams of fentanyl, methamphetamine, marijuana, mushrooms, pills believed to be Xanax, and digital scales.
Nine handguns, two shotguns, and an AR rifle along with ammunition and spare magazines were also found. Deputies said one of the handguns was stolen while one of the shotguns had a sawed-off barrel.
Anthony, Gainey, and Outen are all facing drug-related charges. Anthony will also be charged with several firearm violations, deputies said.
