
GASTONIA, NC– A man who made threats to shoot police and barricaded himself inside a house, was taken into custody early Friday morning.
Reports say Gaston County police received a call Thursday evening that informed them that David William Sisk, 32, wanted for First Degree Burglary, Assault With a Deadly Weapon, Assault on a Female, Communicating Threats and Interfering with Emergency Communicating, was at a location off Hallman Street.
When police arrived at the scene they located Sisk who had barricaded himself inside the residence, he reportedly made numerous threats to shoot officers if they tried to arrest him.
Police eventually took Sisk into custody early Friday morning without incident.
