MIAMI (AP) — The third game of the NBA Finals is tonight in Miami as the Heat play host to the Spurs. They split the first two games of the best-of-seven series in San Antonio with Miami tying things up Sunday night with a 98-96 win. Game 4 will be in Miami Thursday night.

NEW YORK (AP) — The Los Angeles Kings are one win away from winning the Stanley Cup. The Kings took a commanding 3-0 lead over the Rangers in New York last night with a 3-0 win. L.A. can wrap up the series and the season with a win tomorrow night in Madison Square Garden.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Donald Sterling has changed his mind and is going to pursue his $1 billion federal lawsuit against the NBA. The attorney for the embattled Los Angeles Clippers owner says Sterling decided not to agree to the sale of the team when he learned the NBA won’t revoke its lifetime ban and fine.

NEW YORK (AP) — The New York Knicks are expected to introduce Derek Fisher as their new head coach today. Fisher has been a guard in the NBA for 18 years, playing for Oklahoma City this season. He played for Knicks president Phil Jackson when Jackson was coaching the Lakers.

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — Lonnie Chisenhall of the Indians is about as hot as it gets. Last night he went 5-for-5 with nine runs batted in as Cleveland beat Texas 17-7. Chisenhall is hitting .500 with four homers and 16 RBIs in 28 at-bats during a seven-game hitting streak.
