CHARLOTTE, NC–Jurors in the Kenan Gay murder trial will begin their third day of deliberations Friday.
The jury failed to reach a verdict after the panel got off to a slow start Thursday.
Gay, is accused of pushing Robert Kingston, 30, into traffic outside Ed’s Tavern on Park Rd, after reports say Kingston tried to kiss Gay’s girlfriend.
The incident happened back in March, 2012.
Gay’s attorney says his client let go of Kingston way before the road, and Kingston drunkenly stumbled into the cars path.
