Gay is accused of pushing Robert Kingston into traffic outside Ed’s Tavern on Park Road in 2012. Β Reports claim Kingston tried to kiss Gay’s girlfriend. Β
Gay’s attorney says his client let go of Kingston way before the road and Kingston drunkenly stumbled into the path of the vehicle. Β
