CHARLOTTE, NC — Don’t be alarmed if you see Batman or Superman walking in uptown this weekend. HeroesCon kicked off Friday at the convention center. Comic book fans of all ages got into character to mix and mingle and hit up several exhibits.
“I love dressing up, especially as Punk Storm, and everyone is always really nice!” said Plaza Midwood resident Orima Amakrah.
Stop by the WCCB booth at HeroesCon from 10am until 2pm Saturday. The convention wraps up on Sunday.
