RIO DE JANIERO, Brazil (AP) β Germany has won the World Cup as Mario Goetze (gohtz) volleyed in the winning goal in extra time to give Germany its fourth World Cup title with a 1-0 victory over Argentina. The win is Germany’s first as a united country. West Germany won the World Cup in 1954, 1974 and 1990.
