CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Carolina Panthers and USA Football have given grants to several youth and high school football programs in North Carolina.
The merit and need based grants will help provide access to participating athletes by way of new equipment, uniforms, and flag football equipment. USA Football, Riddell, and, uniform provider, Siege Sports fulfill the grants.
The grants carry values of $1,500 for youth programs and $2,500 for middle school and high school programs.

USA Football is the official youth football development partner of the Panthers, the NFL, and all of the NFL’s other 31 teams. Collectively the partnership contributes $1.5 million annually in equipment and uniform grants to youth football programs nationwide.
The grants improve safety for the recipient programs and allow more children the opportunity to play youth football.
