The measles outbreak in South Carolina could be over soon. Next Monday would mark 42 days since the last outbreak-related new case.
The bill does not include exceptions for rape, incest, or fatal fetal diagnosis. In addition, under the bill a person who has an abortion can be charged with a crime and sent to prison.
It happened just before 3:00 Tuesday morning at the intersection of Carmel and Pineville-Matthews Roads.
