Doctors and nurses across the country are preparing for a fight against flu season and COVID-19 at the same time. Experts at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention fear that fall 2020 and winter 2021 will be one of the most difficult yet and urge everyone to get a flu vaccine this year.

N.C. Courts Make A Ruling That Could Grant Felons Their Voting Rights Back

A three-judge panel ruled that North Carolina's felony disenfranchisement law, a law that prevents citizens from voting until their 'unconditional discharge' from probation, parole, or post-release supervision, violates two different provisions of the state's Constitution, according to a news release.
