Man Pleads Guilty to Killing Shelby Officer in 2016

The man accused of shooting and killing a Shelby police officer in 2016 pleaded guilty on Tuesday. Irving Fenner Jr. will spend the rest of his life in jail without the possibility of parole. A Cleveland County judge approved the plea deal after an emotional sentencing hearing.
